1/2 cup quinoa, dry
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp mint leaves
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Green Lite Bite's Mint-Cocoa Quinoa

Combine quinoa, water and mint and bring to a boil. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder and honey. Enjoy.
