Recipe Ingredients for Green Lentils with Carrots from Olga's Healthy Choice

100 g onion
2 tbsp olive oil
200 g carrot
200 g green lentil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp raisin
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cumin
1 pinch of cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Green Lentils with Carrots from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Soak and boil lentils in advance.

  2. Chop onions, grind carrots and add them in a pot which you warmed up olive oil. And stir for 6-7 minutes. Add salt, cinnamon, cumin, mix. Then add lentils and 1 dl of water. Let it simmer on low heat for another 15-20 minutes.

  3. Cooled and serve.
