4 oz Carrot Original
3 oz Apple Juice
3 oz Lemon Juice
20 leaves Romaine Lettuce
3 tsp Ginger Root
0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1 cup, chopped Kale

Juice washed veggies and fruits in a centrifugal juicer like a Breville or Juiceman Junior.
