3 cup shredded Green Leaf Lettuce
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/4 cup Sun-Maid Raisins
0.5 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Seasoning Blend

Recipe Directions for Green Leaf Salad with Avocado

Chop lettuce, celery, pepper, avocado, garlic. Add raisins and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Top with dressing if desired.
