Recipe Ingredients for Green Juice (with Spinach) II

5 oz Organic Baby Spinach
4 fl oz 100% Carrot Juice
0.5 serving Dole Signature Blends, Wildly Nutritious Mixed Fruit
0.5 serving Townsend Farms Triple Berry Blend (Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries)
0.34 tablespoon Seaweed, Spirulina, Dried
1 oz WheatGrass Shooter

Recipe Directions for Green Juice (with Spinach) II

  1. Blend all ingredients (fresh wheatgrass juice can easily be substituted for freeze dried wheatgrass juice or dried wheatgrass) until very well homogenized. Add one or two tablespoons of water, if needed, to aid blending.

  2. Add supplements, if desired.

  3. Add 1 quart of water to make a thin, refreshing juice.

  4. Sweeten (if desired) with agave nectar, honey, or no-calorie sweetener of choice.
