Incredibly nutritious vegetable juice with good flavor. Don't let the green color fool you. It's quite tastey and very, very healthy. Great as a substitute for any meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Juice

1 cup kale
1 cup spinach
1/2 cucumber
4 stalks celery
3 apples
1 tsp ginger root

Recipe Directions for Green Juice

Run all of the items through a conventional vegetable juicer. Good at room temperature, but better if served slightly chilled.
