Recipe Ingredients for Green juice

1/2 cup Kale
1 green apple
1 stalk celery
1/2 cup parsley
1 ginger root slice
1/4 lemon slice

Recipe Directions for Green juice

Use 2 leaves of Kale, a handful of parsely and a 1" slice of ginger root. Slice and put all ingrediants in juicer, except for apple pits.
