tasty, but don't know how many calories really, because I strained it.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Juice

0.5 cup, chopped Kale
2 medium stalk, raw Celery
4 medium raw Kiwifruit
2 Medium Apple Apples
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Green Juice

place water in blender and puree the kale. Chop all other ingredients then add to blender. Blend until smooth. Strain through cheesecloth. No idea if the calorie count is accurate, because the solids are strained out.
