  1. 5 Celery [118208]

  2. 1 Cucumber, Halved

  3. 450 grams (2 Large) Green Apples [69444]

  4. 50 grams (3 Leaves) Kale [118238]

  5. 1 Ounce of Lemon juice

  6. 3 ounce (handful) Parsley [11297]

  7. 3 Romaine Leaf Singles [180077]

  8. 3 ounce (handful) Spinach [11457]

  9. Just blend the ingredients together with a bit of water. This is to aid in loosening everything together, but not to change the consistency. When draining the mixture, use the pouch to catch the fiber, as we are only interested in the juice part. Make sure you press out all the juice. Fill that glass!
