Green Juice Blend - Each serving is roughly 10 fl oz of prepared juice smoothy

Recipe Ingredients for Green Juice Blend

6 oz spinach
6 oz broccoli
6 oz celery
6 oz kale
3 oz parsley
2 tsp ginger root
1500 mg Seaweed, Spirulina, Dried
3 apples
3 pears
3 kiwis
1 1/2 banana
1 mango
6 tsp Benefiber

Recipe Directions for Green Juice Blend

  1. Put all ingredients through a juicer, except the Spirulina, Banana, and Mango. Cut into pieces as needed

  2. Place sliced/chopped Banana and Mango into blender.

  3. Add enough juice from Step 1 to cover fruit.

  4. Puree Banana, Mango, Juice Bland

  5. Once pureed, add more juice and mix.

  6. Add in the Spirulina and continue blending/mixing juice until everything is at a even consistency.

  7. Since juice itself does not have dietary fiber, add a supplement back in (such as Benefiber) to reach your desired amount.
