This is a great base for any smoothie when you may need a protein powder added and you do not want to add milk of any type.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Juice Base

123 serving grapes
304 grams Celery
175 grams Broccoli
172 grams Broccoli
186 grams Broccoli
114 grams Spinach
122 grams Spinach
231 grams Pears

Recipe Directions for Green Juice Base

Add all the ingredients EXCEPT the grapes and protein powder to your juicer. Then, once all the veggies are juiced, add to a Vitamix, add frozen grapes, ice cubes and protein powder, blend and serve. Makes 2.5 servings.
