Tasty jello salad as a side for a meal or dessert.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Jello Salad

3 ounce lime gelatin
3 ounces cream cheese
8 ounce crushed pineapple
1 1/4 cup water
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup powder sugar

Recipe Directions for Green Jello Salad

Place 1 cup water and package of jello in microwave proof bowl. Cook in microwave until water is very hot. Stir with a whisk to desolve jello. Open and drain crushed pineapple into a bowl. Set aside pineapple and put juice and 1/4 cup cold water into jello and mix. Break up cream cheese into jello and us whisk to work it in, leaving small pieces of cream cheese. Place in refrigerator until partially set. Whip cream in a bowl and when stiff peaks form add vanilla and powder sugar. Whip jello until fluffy and then add whipped cream and crushed pineapple. Mixt with hand mixer until thoroughly mixed. Place in refrigerator until set.
