8 ounces Mixed Baby Greens
1/4 cup sugar snap peas
1/4 cup watercress, torn
1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
7 cherry tomatoes
5 slices cucumber, diced

Recipe Directions for green greens

  1. place greens in bowl

  2. toss remaining items together.

  3. serve with balsamic vinegar and tamari soy sauce, reduced.
