1 serving Agave Nectar
1 medium banana Bananas
1 tbsp Regular Creamy
4 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Green good for you Shake.

Freeze banana first (skin off) , put all in blender and blend. You will not taste the spinach. I know it sounds gross but it has a nice lite sweet banana taste with a hint of peanut butter.
