Drink this to increase vegetable, fruit and fiber intake. Helps with bloating. All around "good for you" drink that can be a meal in itself. You may add 1-3 Tbsp of whey protein powder as an after workout drink. Can be taken as the last meal of the day or afternoon when coming home you are ravenous!! Green is good and good for you.

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

Throw together in the blender and blend until everything is liquified.
