Green Goddess dip from the Melting Pot

Recipe Ingredients for Green Goddess

0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 serving Sour cream reduced fat
0.25 cup Parsley
2 tbsp chopped Chives
1 oz White Onion

Recipe Directions for Green Goddess

  1. Mince onions - 2 tbsp

  2. Finely chop the chives and parsely - 1/4 cup each

  3. Whisk 3/4 cup softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup sour cream, and the vegetables/herbs until combined, or beat with a hand-held or electric mixer for 1 to 2 minutes.

  4. Chill, covered, until time to serve.
