Serving size based on 2 Tablespoons. could substitute avocado for the mayo

Recipe Ingredients for Green Goddess Dressing

8 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
2/3 cup parsley
4 green onions
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Green Goddess Dressing

Combine parsley, garlic, and chopped scallions in food processor with vinegar, pepper, oyster sauce, and worcestershire sauce. Puree. will need to stop and scrape the sides of the processor bowl a few times. Add the mayo when the veggies are to your liking. Combine and refrigerate. supposed to last a week in the fridge
