Recipe Ingredients for Green enchiladas

12 tortillas , soft
1 lb ground burger, browned
6 oz green chili, roasted
3 oz light sour cream
2 cups white rice, instant
2 cups cheese, pepper jack
16 oz enchilada sauce, green
1/4 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Green enchiladas

mix cooked burger, cooked rice, chilis, 1/4 of enchilada sauce (save rest for top), and sour cream in a bowl. Put about 1/4 cup w/ 1 tbsp pepper jack cheese in each tortilla. Place in casserole dish and cover w/ rest of enchilada sauce and cheddar cheese.
