Recipe Ingredients for Green Eggs

5 oz Spinach
0.16 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 oz Mozzarella
1.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
1 1tsp Olive Oil
4 large Egg, White
2 large Egg, Whole
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Green Eggs

  1. wilt spinach. add milk. puree.

  2. puree cauliflower. add all ingredients but olive oil.

  3. heat pan on med/high with olive oil.

  4. add egg mixture and simmer, stirring frequently.

  5. cook until solidified.
