It's a pinch of salt, 2t margarine,2 egg whites, 4 eggs, 1 lb. baby spinach and 3T skim milk.

1 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! With Calcium
6 tbsp Egg Whites
4 large Egg, White
16 oz Organic Baby Spinach
1 fl oz Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 serving Salt

Recipe Directions for Green Eggs

melt margarine in skillet, add spinach until wilted, add milk stir until evaporated. puree. In bowl whisk eggs, puree,salt. spray pan, melt rest of margarine add eggs and cook on low until done.
