Very healthy and filling - with blueberries added, it is a very dark green.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Drink

2 cup, chopped Kale
1 medium (3") Apples
1 serving frozen strawberry, peach, mango
25 oz Water
1 cup pineapple
1 cup spinach
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Green Drink

Blend kale and water first; then add remaining ingredients, and blend. Can add ice, if desired - or freeze overnight.
