Recipe Ingredients for Green Drink!!

2 cup Spinach
1/2 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
1 1/2 orange
15 g Original Raw Chia Seeds
1/2 serving NSI Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 2 scoops

Recipe Directions for Green Drink!!

  1. Mix everything with 2 c of ice water and about 1/4tsp of stevia in high speed blender.

  2. makes 4 cups - each serving 2 cups
