Recipe Ingredients for Green drink

8 oz. apple juice
1 oz. ginger, fresh
2 tbsp lime juice
6 oz. spinach
6 oz. napa cabbage
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Green drink

Juice two large apples to get the apple juice. Juice the ginger; peel the lime and juice it with the ginger and apple. Place juice in vita-mix blender with the spinach and cabbage. Blend till smooth and add to a pitcher with 4 cups pure water. Sip throughout the day for healthy hydration.
