Described by Oprah as a "glass of fresh." It is really good. I add cranberry juice to sweeten it up (otherwise you just add some water).

Recipe Ingredients for Green Drink

2 cups spinach
1 cup parsley
1 apple
4 celery stalks
1 cucumber
2 cups cranberry juice
1/4 cup lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Green Drink

Rinse and chop all ingredients except parsley. Remove stems from parsley and rinse leaves. Put half of all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth (at least one minute). Pour out into large sealable bowl or bag. Blend the rest and store that as well. Can freeze half of it.
