Recipe Ingredients for Green Curry Tofu

1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 oz Ginger
1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Wine, Table, White
2 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 tbsp Green Curry Paste
1 block Tofu, Extra Firm
0.8 oz Mushrooms, Brown, Italian, Or Crimini
1 cup, chopped Onions
20 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Green Curry Tofu

  1. Cut red pepper, tofu, and onions into 1-1.5 inch pieces.

  2. Combine all ingredients.

  3. Spread on baking sheet, and bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes.
