2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp green curry paste
2 tsp oil
1 salmon fillet

  1. combine first 4 ingredients into a thick paste

  2. spread on top of salmon fillet

  3. roast at 250 for 35 minutes.

  4. serve with coconut spinach
