Chicken thighs with green curry paste and vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Green Curry Chicken thighs

2 lbs chicken thighs
14 oz coconut milk
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp green curry paste
2 tbsp brown sugar
125 ml chicken stock
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 carrots

Recipe Directions for Green Curry Chicken thighs

  1. Combine coconut milk, green curry, fish sauce, brown sugar and chicken stock and simmer for 5 minutes.

  2. Brown chicken with some seasoning salt on the side and add to the coconut milk mixture

  3. Dice the vegetables and add to the rest..
