Recipe Ingredients for Green Curry Chicken

4 tbsp Green Curry Paste
16 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
4 oz Onions
2 oz Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 cup Coconut Milk
3 oz Beans, Snap, Green
2 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Green Curry Chicken

  1. Cut up chicken, soak in soy sauce, bread in flour

  2. Cook chicken in pan with 2 tbsp vegetable oil until browned

  3. Remove chicken

  4. Add green curry paste. Cook until fragrant

  5. Add in veggies, coat in green curry paste

  6. Add chicken back in, coat in curry mixture

  7. Add coconut milk. soy sauce (if desired), fish sauce (1tbsp), and sugar (2 tbsp).

  8. SImmer over low-medium heat for twenty minutes, serve over rice.
