Recipe Ingredients for Green Curry Chicken

1 tsp green curry paste
1/2 lb chicken thighs
10 prawns
400 ml light coconut milk
1 small eggplant
1 small red pepper
3 tbsp fish sauce

Recipe Directions for Green Curry Chicken

Stir fry chicken and vegetables in curry paste. Add coconut milk, prawns and fish sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.
