6 serving Organic California Brown Basmati Organic Rice
4 oz Green Chilies
0.5 cup Spinach
2 fl oz Milk
0.5 cup Cream, Sour, Cultured
4 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese

Recipe Directions for Green chili rice casserole

  1. Cook the rice to instructions.

  2. Combine with spinach and green chili evaporated milk and cheese and sour cream.

  3. Mix and place in over and cook for 40 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle with cheese and put into over to melt cheese.
