Recipe Ingredients for Green chili omlet

2 large eggs
1/2 ounce cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. green chilies, diced
1 tbsp. salsa
1 tsp. butter

Recipe Directions for Green chili omlet

Place butter in a hot skillet. Beat the eggs with water, salt and pepper. Pour eggs into skillet. Sprinkle with cheese and green chilis. fold in half. Serve with salsa and fried ham.
