Recipe Ingredients for Green Chili Chicken Salad

2 cups green leaf lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup chicken breast, grilled
1/8 cup vinaigrette
1/4 cup onion, sliced
1 tbsp green chili, chopped
1/4 cup mango, chopped
1/4 cup tomato, chopped

  1. Shred chicken and saute with vinaigrette, onion & green chili.

  2. Layer lettuce, chicken, pico and mango.
