Recipe Ingredients for Green Chili Chicken Enchilada's

2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Meat Only, Roasted
5 serving western family cream of chicken soup
16 tbsp Chiles
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Fresh Buttery Taste Spread Soft
8 serving La Flor de Salt Lake Gorditas
8 serving Western Family Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Green Chili Chicken Enchilada's

In a deep pot saute butter and chopped onion over medium heat until onion is translucent. Turn heat off and add the cooked chicken, chilies, cream of chicken soup and cheese. Mix together thoroughly. Spray with Pam a 13x9 in casserole dish. Layer tortillas, then chicken mixture, then tortilla and so on until pan is filled. Sprinkle with a little more cheese and bake in a 450 degree oven for 15-20 min or until browned on top.
