i use this on eggs, also add to chicken, beef or pork (about a cup) for stews. Great to have around to add spice.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Chiles with tomatoes

1 pound fresh green chile, roasted, peeled and chopped
16 ounces diced tomatoes
1 onion, sliced
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Green Chiles with tomatoes

carmelize onions for 10 minutes in olive oil. Add garlic, saute 1-2 minutes. Add can of tomatoes inclucing juice and simmer for 10 minutes.
