Recipe Ingredients for Green Chile Pork Burrito Filling

12 oz pork loin
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
14 oz rotel tomatoes
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Green Chile Pork Burrito Filling

  1. Cube pork.

  2. Brown pork in oil over med high heat.

  3. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer pork for 1 hour.

  4. Sprinkle pork with flour. Add water and stir constantly until it thickens. (Add more water if necessary for the gravy.)

  5. Add the rest of your ingredients, stir to mix.

  6. Serve in low carb tortillas and top as your calories allow. (Topping ideas: sour cream, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, guacamole, etc.)
