1 serving mae ploy green curry paste
1.3 cup flowerets Broccoli, Flower Clusters
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1.5 cup, chopped Onions
16 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
8 serving trader joe's light coconut milk
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Green chicken curry

  1. stir fry vegetables until par cooked and set aside.

  2. fry curry paste in oil until fragrent

  3. add coconut milk and blend together and bring to a boil

  4. add vegetables and sliced chicken

  5. simmer until chicken is cooked

  6. serve over rice
