Recipe Ingredients for Green chicken chili

300 gram chicken, poached
4 poblano peppers
1 tblsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp dried oregano
100 grams tortilla chips
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
45 oz low sodium chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Green chicken chili

  1. Poach chicken, reserve broth

  2. 1. Seed, core and thinly slice poblano's

  3. 2. Heat 2-count of olive oil in large pot over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic until softened, about 5 minutes

  4. 3. Dust vegetables with cumin, coriander and oregano, stir and cook 1 minute

  5. 4. Stir in the ground tortilla's, pour in the reserved broth, season with salt to taste (check this, may not need any), cook 20 minutes.

  6. 5. Add shredded chicken, chili's and cilantro, cook 5 minutes. Taste for seasoning.

  7. Lime quarters and shredded cheese on the side (not in est)
