Recipe Ingredients for Green California Salad

2 head lettuce, washed and chopped
2 small avocado, cubed
1 cup alfalfa sprouts, (loosely packed)
2 large carrots, cut in strips
3 ounces crimini mushrooms, sliced
1 small cucumber, diced
8 tablespoons vinaigrette

Recipe Directions for Green California Salad

  1. Toss lettuce, sprouts, carrots, mushrooms and cucumber together in a large bowl.

  2. Sprinkle avocado over salad mix, and crumble goat cheese on top.

  3. Drizzle with salad dressing and serve.
