Recipe Ingredients for Green Bullet

0.5 cup, chopped Kale
1 cup Spinach
1 tsp Ginger Root
0.25 cup Parsley
1 tsp Coarse Milled Original Texture Unflavored Powder
2 tbsp Forti-Flax Ground Flax Seed
0.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Green Bullet

  1. Peel cucumber

  2. Wash all veggies and add to blender

  3. grate ginger and add to blender

  4. add psyllium and ground flax seed last.

  5. Blend till smooth
