This is a raw food. No cooking involved.A good way to get more greens into your daily diet. If Parsley is too strong,try spinach or any other dark leafy greens available.Its quick and easy. If you want it more thick, creamy and yummy, add 1 medium size banana.If more thick and tangy add 1/2 cup of moderately ripe mango.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Breakfast Oat /Green oat smoothy with banana

1/2 cup oat, soaked
200 ml grape juice
1 tsp flaxseed,ground
1 tsp Almond, ground
1 tsp Kelp,ground
1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 cup parsley,chopped
1 banana,medium

  1. Soak the oat in hot water for 30 minutes or more or until soft and sticky.

  2. Put all ingredients in a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Serve
