Recipe Ingredients for Green and Black Bean Casserole

10 3/4 oz. Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup skim milk
15 oz Bush's Black Beans
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 cups green beans
1 cup spinach
1 medium red onion
80 g Ritz Crackers, Reduced Fat
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Green and Black Bean Casserole

Mix together beans, onions, spinach cream of mushroom soup, milk, pepper, and salt. Pour into 9x12 casserole dish and top with crumbled crackers and cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 min.
