Recipe Ingredients for Green Beans

3 cup green beans, trimmed
1/8 cup pine nuts
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pinch salt, (sea salt)

Recipe Directions for Green Beans

  1. Steam trimmed green beans slightly. They should still be crisp.

  2. Toast pine nuts in oven.

  3. In a nonsstick skillet, heat oil, saute garlic slightly. Add green beans and cook until firm, but not soft.

  4. Add a pinch of sea salt, stir and taste. Add an addtional pinch, stir, and serve.
