green beans 1 cup green peas 1 cup carrots 1/2 cup tomato paste 1 packed 1/2 table spoon of olive oil onions 2 garlic 1 whole 1 tbsp of curry powder 1 tsp of tumeric 1 tsp of crushed red pepper 1 tsp of black pepper 1 tbsp of salt 2 cups of water

add 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil ans add onion in it till they are golden brown then add garlic and then add tomato paste.then add curry powder,tumeric,salt,red pepper,black pepper and then add 2 cups of water and cooked it on low heat until they totallu cooked.dish is ready.
