Recipe Ingredients for Green beans and peas with ginger

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
8 oz Cut Green Beans
0.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.5 oz Coriander
4 oz Frozen Green Peas
0.5 tsp Ginger Root

Recipe Directions for Green beans and peas with ginger

  1. Put 2 floz water, the oil and salt in a frying or saute pan. Bring to the boil.

  2. Add the beans, cut into 1/4in rounds and peas, cover and simmer on a medium low flame for about 5 minutes or until cooked.

  3. Now add the sugar, coriander and ginger. Cook for about half a minute on a medium heat with the cover off, stirring as you do so.

  4. Boil away the remaining water, serve immediately
