Recipe Ingredients for green beans with garlic, peppers, and more

5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup kale
1/4 cup collards
1/4 cup chili pepper
1 medium tomato
1 cup green beans
1/4 cup leeks
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 tbsp tarragon
1 tbsp dill

Recipe Directions for green beans with garlic, peppers, and more

use all fresh veggies (I use frozen green beans) sautee smashed garlic and then slice/chop other veggies and add a little at a time grilling and drizzling a little more olive oil over the veggies. I use a grill press to lay on tip of the veggies and keep flipping over medium heat until med tender. Then add a little water, and some seasoning of choice ( I used tarragon and dill to this one) cover and turn on low about 10-15 minutes. Makes about 4 cups, 2 cups per serving.
