1.5 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
0.25 serving Sea Salt
3 clementines Clementine Tangerines
24 oz Beans, Snap, Green

Recipe Directions for Green Beans with Clementine Dressing

In a blender, combine shallot, mustard, salt and clementine juice and blend until smooth. Set aside. Steam beans until bright green and barely tender, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and drizzle with dressing.
