Quick and healthy side dish - I usually serve with salmon or chicken and rice. Balsamic vinegar or olive oil works well too. I typically buy nuts like almonds, walnuts and cashews in bulk and toast a good amount for future recipes. That way I don't get stuck buying per recipe - they're way more expensive that way! I do the same for bacon - buy a package and micro-cook, cool and crumble and store in the fridge.
