Got this from a friend, really really good! She uses butter, but the oil is a little healthier depending on what you use.

Recipe Ingredients for Green Beans w/ Almonds Saute

1/2 lb green beans
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons almonds, chopped
1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Green Beans w/ Almonds Saute

  1. In a saucepan heat oil. Add garlic and saute 30 seconds until fragrant. Add almonds and saute 1-2 minutes or until almonds begin to toast.

  2. Add green beans and saute 5 minutes, or until green beans turn bright green.

  3. Add soy sauce and saute another minute. Serve
