Recipe Ingredients for Green Beans with Almonds

12 oz green beans
35 g almonds
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp shallots, chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Green Beans with Almonds

  1. Boil green beans until almost cooked but still slightly crisp.

  2. Saute beans with shallots, sliced/chopped almonds and 1/2 tbsp olive oil. When cooked through (about 5 min) remove from heat and toss with remaining 1/2 tbsp olive oil and serve warm.
