A vegetarian favorite of Cameron's. Can also be made with broccolli

Recipe Ingredients for Green Bean Tofu Stir Fry

8 oz tofu
3 c. green beans
4 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs ginger
2 tbs vinegar
2 tbs oyster sauce
2 tsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Green Bean Tofu Stir Fry

  1. Mix together everything but tofu and green beans.

  2. Add tofu and marinate for 1 hour.

  3. Stir fry drained tofu until slightly brown. Remove from wok.

  4. Add green beans and stir fry 2 - 3 minutes.

  5. Add tofu and half of marinade back to pan. Add 2/3 cup water, cover and cook until vegetables are tender crisp.

  6. Meanwhile, mix 2 T cornstarch into remaining marinade.

  7. Remove stir fry from wok.

  8. Add maradande cornstarch mixture to wok and cook until slighlty thickened.
